011. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing Signal Poly, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any restricted territory (such as the United States or countries sanctioned by the UN). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with local laws.
022. Nature of the Service
Signal Poly is an advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence platform designed to assist with prediction markets. We do not hold user funds, act as a broker, or provide financial advice. Our platform is exclusively an informational tool.
033. Assumption of Risk
Interacting with prediction markets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrencies carries significant operational and financial risks. You acknowledge that AI-generated probabilities are not guarantees of future outcomes. You assume all risks associated with your trading decisions.
044. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to use Signal Poly for illegal activities, market manipulation, or any intent to deceive. Exploiting our AI APIs, attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary models, or scraping our data without authorization is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
055. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to our Pro, Elite, and Terminal Pro features requires an active subscription. Payments are processed via secure third-party processors. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
066. Intellectual Property
All content, features, proprietary algorithms, and UI designs on Signal Poly are our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our platform for your own analysis, but you may not copy or resell our signals.
077. Disclaimers of Warranties
Signal Poly is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties regarding the uptime, accuracy of the AI analysis, or real-time delivery of signals. We disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
088. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Poly and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform's insights.
